![]() | Tonkin Springs Royalty Division Tonkin & Pat Canyon Projects: Eureka County Nevada Gold Standard Royalty Company (GSR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Predator Corp., owns 70% of two projects that are leased to US Gold Corp and its subsidiary company Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. within the Tonkin Springs Project owned by US Gold Corp. The Tonkin Project is a gold exploration & mining property located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka trend in the Simpson Park Mountains approximately 45 miles northwest of Eureka in Eureka County, Nevada. The Tonkin Project is comprised of 269 unpatented lode mining claims owned by GSR (70%) and Simpson (30%) subject to an existing Mining Lease with US Gold Corp which contains, among other things, advance and production royalty payments to GSR/Simpson. The Pat Canyon Project is comprised of 106 unpatented lode mining claims owned by GSR (70%) and Simpson (30%) subject to an existing Mining Lease with Nevada pacific Gold US Inc. which contains, among other things, advance and production royalty payments to GSR/Simpson. The most recent technical report on the Tonkin Springs Project (see below) illustrates the lands owned by Gold Standard Royalty subject to the above leases and which are included in the resource calculations. Gold Resource A technical report estimating and supporting the resource categories for the project was completed to NI43-101 standards on May 16, 2008 by Alan C. Noble of Ore Reserves Engineering, an independent consulting group in Lakewood, Colorado. The report is filed on May 20, 2008 at www.sedar.com under the US Gold Corporation filings. Maps & Photos
