Tempo Project, Lander, County, Nevada
Gold Standard Royalty Company (GSR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Predator Corp., owns the Tempo Project which is comprised of 206 unpatented lode mining claims. The Tempo Project is subject to an existing Mining Lease with Nevada Gold Enterprises Inc. which contains, among other things, advance and production royalty payments to GSR.
The Tempo Project is a sediment rock hosted, disseminated gold style system located approximately 20 miles northwest of Austin, Nevada, and sits on the southern extension of the prolific Rabbit Creek Trend, which is host to several +1 Million ounce gold deposits, including Twin Creeks Mine, The Battle Mtn Complex, and the Cove-McCoy Mines. In 2009, the lessee increased the property position by locating and recording an additional 60 unpatented lode mining claims in the name of GSR bringing the total number of claims to 206.
