Yukon - Tintina Gold Belt
Panorama, Yukon Project

Target
Intrusion-Related Gold Deposit
Introduction
The Panorama Property consists of 36 claims covering ~754 hectares and is located approximately 75km east of Dawson City, in the Yukon Territory. The Panorama property is located 15 km east of the Company's Brewery Creek Property (Indicated Resource 145,000 contained oz. Au and an Inferred Resource of 142,000 contained oz. Au) and 60 km west of Victoria Gold's Eagle Property (formerly Dublin Gulch) (Indicated Resource of 2.7 million contained oz. Au and Inferred Resources of 43,630 contained oz. Au).
The property is helicopter accessible but has roads to within 6 km of the property. A Class 3 exploration permit is in place, ready for systematic diamond drilling.
Golden Predator has signed an option agreement with ATAC Resources Ltd. and is earning a 100% interest in the property subject to a 2% NSR, half of which can be purchased for $1,000,000.
Geology
Mineralization is spatially and temporally related to a Mid-Cretaceous Tombstone Suite quartz monzonite intrusion similar to the intrusive suite associated with the deposits at Brewery Creek. These quartz monzonite intrusions cut fine grained siltstone, shale and chert of the Ordovician to Lower Devonian aged Road River Group. Arsenopyrite, pyrite, pyrrhotite and stibnite occur in quartz veins and fractures found in the intrusion and adjacent cherty metasediments of the Road River Group.
A calc-silicate outcrop outside the main anomalous area assayed 3.66 g/t Au, and a chip sample across the hornfels and intrusive contact exposed in a trench excavated in 1990 averaged 1.67 g/t Au over 2 m, while quartz vein float in the area assayed up to 2.84 g/t Au.
The main intrusion on the Panorama Property has been traced for 4 km along strike, averaging 500 m in thickness and soil sampling has identified a 1000 m by 600m zone of elevated gold, arsenic, bismuth, and antimony coincident with a magnetic low overlying the intrusions.
Historical Work
Various geochemical surveys have been completed between 1988 and 2006 and have outlined strong soil geochemical anomalies for gold, arsenic, bismuth and antimony. Geophysical surveys have outlined chargeability anomalies and magnetic features, which collectively define targets for future exploration. Limited backhoe trenches and shallow percussion drill holes yielded generally encouraging results including 11,971 ppb gold from a 1 m chip sample collected from a trench, and 4,800 ppb gold over a 1.5 m length from a percussion hole.
