Guild/Skipjack Project: Nye County, Nevada

Gold Standard Royalty Company (GSR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Predator Corp., owns the Guild/Skipjack Project which consists of 44 unpatented lode mining claims under lease to Columbus Gold Corporation, that have been subleased to Sniper Resources. The Guild/Skipjack project is located approximately 120 kilometres (74.5 miles) northeast of Tonopah, in Townships 4 and 5 North, Ranges 49½ and 50 East. The Mining Lease with Columbus/Sniper contains, among other things, advance and production royalty payments to GSR

In November 2006, Columbus Gold entered into an agreement with Sniper Resources Limited whereby Sniper can earn an initial 51% interest in Guild by incurring US$2 million in exploration expenditures over a five year period. The property is currently permitted and bonded for drilling.

The property has strongly anomalous jasperoid outcrops at surface and favourable host rocks for a disseminated rock hosted gold style system (Carlin-type deposit). There is some historical drilling on the property by Amselco and Western States Minerals, however, most of the drill holes were less than 50 metres (150 feet) in depth and do not target some of the favourable lithologic units which host Carlin style mineralization in northeast and north central Nevada. The known mineralization at surface in combination with advancement in lithologic understanding by the lessees has developed significant exploration potential for the property.
