Mr. William M. Sheriff, BSc
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Sheriff has over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and development business and is the driving force behind the founding of Golden Predator Corp. Mr. Sheriff also serves as the Chairman of Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. and Silver Predator Corp. and as a Director of Western Lithium Corporation.

Mr. Sheriff co-founded and served as Director and Chairman of Energy Metals Corporation, formerly a public company listed on the NYSE Arca and the TSX which was acquired by Uranium One for $1.8 billion in 2007. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Evolving Gold Corp., Quincy Gold Corp., Midway Gold Corp., Eurasian Minerals Inc. and Uranium One Inc.

As the founder and past-President of Platoro West Inc, a private company, he was widely acknowledged to be a leading precious metals prospect developer in the Western United States; in addition he amassed the largest uranium resource package ever in the United States. Mr. Sheriff also compiled and currently owns one of the largest privately-held mining databases in the world.

Mr. Sheriff has held various positions within the securities industry for A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc., Mitchum Jones & Templeton Inc. and for his own securities investment firm. He previously held various securities registrations including Series 3, Series 4, Series 7, Series 8 and Series 63 in addition to having been a registered investment advisor in the United States.

To date Mr. Sheriff has raised in excess of $130 million for projects under his leadership.

Mr. Sheriff received his B.Sc. in Geology from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and conducted graduate studies at the University of Texas-El Paso in Mining Geology and Mineral Economics.

 
Mr. John Legg, BA, LLB
President & Director


Mr. Legg has 15 years experience with public resource companies: from 1994 through 2006 Mr. Legg was a securities lawyer in private practice, advising companies in natural resources, securities and corporate finance law, and from 2007 to 2009 Mr. Legg was Executive Vice-President of a private mining company operating in Mexico. Mr. Legg also serves as a director of Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. and Platoro West Holdings Inc. Mr. Legg holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and an LLB from Dalhousie Law School, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

 
Dr. Barry D. Rayment, PhD
Director


Dr. Rayment is the President of Mining Assets Corp., a private consulting company, of Laguna Beach, California. Dr. Rayment currently serves as a Director of European Minerals Corporation, a public company listed on the TSX and London Stock Exchange, Delta Mining & Exploration Corp., a public company listed on the OTC, Pink Sheet, and Latitude Resources Plc., a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange, B2Gold Corporation, a public company listed on the TSX. Dr. Rayment formerly served as a Director of Bema Gold Corporation (merged with Kinross Gold Corporation), a public company listed on the TSX, American Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange.

Dr. Rayment has received his B.Sc. Joint Honours, Geology & Chemistry from the University of Aston, UK, and Ph.D. Mining Geology from Royal School of Mines UK. Mr. Rayment has been a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration since 1985.

 
Mr. William B. Harris, BA, MBA
Director


Mr. William Harris brings a wealth of experience growing public companies. He is presently a partner of Solo Management Group, LLC, an investment and management consulting firm. During Mr. Harris's 30+ year career, he has held several noteworthy roles; Mr. Harris was previously a board member for Energy Metals Corporation, a Chairman and Executive Committee member of the American Fiber Manufacturers Association, and the former President and CEO of Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, a company involved in the global acetate and polyester business of Hoechst AG. At Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, Mr. Harris managed the business' $5 billion operation, comprised of 21,000 employees and production locations in 14 different countries.

Within Hoechst AG and its subsidiaries, Mr. Harris held various positions which included, the Chairman of the Board of Grupo Celanese S.A., a publicly traded company in Mexico with sales in excess of $1 billion, VP Finance, CFO, Executive VP and Director of Celanese Canada Inc. a publicly-traded company in Canada. He was also VP, Treasurer and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Hoechst Celanese Corporation.

Mr. Harris has a BA in English from Harvard College an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

 
Mr. Piers McDonald, OC
Director


Originally moving to the Yukon to work as an underground drift miner at the United Keno Hill Mines in Elsa, Yukon, Mr. McDonald dedicated two decades to the political landscape of the Yukon. As Premier (1996 to 2000), his many accomplishments include negotiating the Final Agreement on the devolution of lands and resource management to the Yukon from the federal government, the advancement of Land Claims negotiations and First Nation relations, and progressive tax reform. Serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly from 1982 to 1996, his portfolios included Minister of Economic Development, Mines & Small Business, Education, Finance and Workers Compensation before being elected as Premier.

Mr. McDonald founded and serves as Chairman of the Northern Vision Development Corporation, the leading land developer in the Yukon. Appointed as the President of the 2007 Canada Winter Games, he was instrumental in orchestrating the support of the North West Territories and Nunavut to help deliver a Pan-North Canada Games and the sharing of the Games' national spotlight.

Mr. McDonald also serves as Vice Chairman on the Canada Games Council, serves on the Board of Directors for Northwestel Inc. and Yukon Energy Corp. In 2008, Mr. McDonald was inducted into the Order of Canada for his leadership in economic development in Canada's North.

 
Mr. Thomas Skimming, BSc, PEng
Director


Mr. Skimming is a professional geologist with over 40 years experience in the mineral resources industry and has served as an officer and/or director of a number of resource companies having broad experience worldwide. Mr. Skimming has held key roles in the discovery and development of many deposits including Cullaton Lake, Shear Lake and Heninga Lake gold and base metal mines, Teck-Corona Hemlo mine, and the Golden Reward, heap-leach, gold deposit in South Dakota.

Mr. Skimming obtained a B.Sc. degree from the University of Michigan. Mr. Skimming has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario since 1971.
