Royalty Division
Bolo Project: Nye County, Nevada

Gold Standard Royalty Company (GSR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Predator Corp., owns a 0.5% to 3% gross production royalty on the Bolo Property, which is comprised of 83 unpatented lode mining claims, located 60 kilometres (38 miles) northeast of Tonopah, in Nye County Nevada.

Exploration is recently active on the property, with Columbus Gold completing a nine hole drill program in 2009 on, or in the vicinity of the GSR property, according to the Columbus Gold website. The best intercept in the 2009 program was in Hole BL-29, and cut 205 ft (62 m) of 0.019 opt gold, including 15 ft (4.5 m) of 0.055 opt and 10 ft (3 m) of 0.099 opt gold. This hole is in follow-up to hole BL-23, drilled in 2008 and encountering 30.5 m of 2.37 g/t gold (100 ft of 0.069 opt) from 96.0-126.5 m (315-415 ft) of depth. The BL-23 intercept is within a broader zone of mineralization averaging 1.15 g/t gold over 76.2 m (250 ft of 0.034 opt) from 77.7 m (255 ft) to the hole bottom at 154.0 m (505 ft) where the mineralization remains open. The zone is 56.4 m (185 ft) below the surface and is open, both down-dip and to the south. It is also open up-dip to the surface, where surface sampling has yielded values up to 5.18 g/t (0.15 opt) gold.

Data presented here for the Bolo project drilling has not been reviewed by a qualified person by or for GSR or Golden Predator Corp. Further information on results of the Phase III/2009 drill program and on the verification of the exploration data can be found on the Columbus Gold Corporation News Release for Phase III drilling results dated December 18, 2009, and in their MD&A report posted to www.sedar.com on February 25, 2010.
