Mr. Matysek is an experienced geochemist/geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree in Geology. Mr Matysek has held management and/or director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies. Mr. Matysek has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of a number of significant precious metal and base-metal properties which include the 2.4 million ounce Crucitas Gold Project in Costa Rica and the 500,000+ ounce Altintepe Gold Project in Turkey. He has been involved in raising over $100 million for various exploration and development projects since 1999.

- Joseph Harrington is the CEO and founder of Green World Science, and the patent holder/inventor of the Green World Science(r) Technology, covered by numerous US and foreign Patents issued tin 23 countries.
- Mr. Harrington is currently a VP of Technology and Strategic Development at Alexco Resources Group and was previously a VP at ARCADIS.
