William M. Sheriff, MSc  
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

An entrepreneur and visionary with over 30 years mineral exploration experience, Mr. Sheriff is now committed to leading the new Yukon gold rush. Prior to founding Golden Predator, Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp., and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history. Mr. Sheriff also serves as Chairman of Silver Predator Corp. and Tigris Uranium Corp., and is a Director of Western Lithium Corporation. Mr. Sheriff owns one of the largest privately held mining databases in the world.

John Legg, BA, LLB  
President

Mr. Legg has 15 years experience with public resource companies and also presently serves as a Director of Silver Predator Corp, Tigris Uranium and Redtail Metals Corp. From 1994 through 2006 Mr. Legg was a securities lawyer in private practice, advising companies in natural resources, securities and corporate finance law, and from 2007 to 2009 Mr. Legg was Executive Vice-President of a private mining company operating in Mexico. Mr. Legg holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and an LLB from Dalhousie Law School, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Michael O'Brien, CA  
Chief Financial Officer

Michael O'Brien brings more than 25 years of experience to the Company's financial management and regulatory compliance team. Since 2006 Mr. O'Brien served as Chief Financial Officer of Africo Resources Ltd. a TSX-Listed mineral exploration and development company with operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Prior to this Mr. O'Brien served as Chief Financial Officer of Irvin & Johnson Ltd., an international fishing and seafood processing company, and as Manager of Finance of Soekor Exploration and Production (Pty) Ltd. (now part of PetroSA,).

Mr. O'Brien qualified as a Chartered accountant in South Africa in 1986, and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1991.  Mr. O’Brien currently serves as CFO for all Predator Mining Group’s companies.

Michael G. Maslowski, BSc, CPG  
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Maslowski brings 30 years of exploration and production experience to Golden Predator. Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Exploration (Canada) of the Company in June 2011, Mr. Maslowski served as the Assistant General Manager for Coeur d’Alene Mines’s 6,000 tpd Palmarejo Mine in Mexico. Mr. Maslowski oversaw daily open pit and underground operations (including managing the work of 950 employees & on-site contractors as well as managing corporate and governmental communications). Under Mr. Maslowski’s management the Palmarejo Mine grew from construction phase to sustained production, with silver and gold production rising from 350,000 to 600,000 oz and 7,000 to 10,000 oz per month, respectively. Mr. Maslowski holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

 
Mark J. Abrams, MSc, CPG  
Vice President, Exploration (USA)

Mr. Abrams has over 30 years of mineral exploration experience. Most recently, Mark was responsible for exploration and acquisitions in the United States for Agnico-Eagle (USA) Limited where he led his exploration team to a major gold discovery in Nevada.  Mark has designed, initiated and conducted advanced project evaluations and acquisitions in the US, Argentina and Mexico, including the Pinos Altos project in Chihuahua.  Mark holds a MSc in Geology from Eastern Washington University.

As Vice President Exploration (USA), Mr. Abrams is based in Nevada and is leading the team in advancing the Company's US exploration projects.

 

Janet Lee-Sheriff  
Vice President, Communications & First Nations Relations  

Ms. Lee-Sheriff brings over 20 years experience in the public and private sector to her role as Vice-President of Communication and First Nation Relations. Ms. Lee-Sheriff managed Cabinet Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs for three successive governments in Yukon, Canada between 1996 to 2002 and has worked with numerous resource companies and First Nation governments from 2002 to 2009. She was instrumental in developing and implementing the Yukon Mine Training Association, securing over $10 million for aboriginal training in the Yukon and Northern British Columbia. Ms. Lee-Sheriff has developed and delivered precious metal investment conferences in Canada, the United States and London, UK. She previously served as President of Tigris Uranium Corp.

Ms. Lee-Sheriff holds a BA in economics from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
