An entrepreneur and visionary with over 30 years mineral exploration experience, Mr. Sheriff is now committed to leading the new Yukon gold rush. Prior to founding Golden Predator, Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp., and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history. Mr. Sheriff also serves as Chairman of Silver Predator Corp. and Tigris Uranium Corp., and is a Director of Western Lithium Corporation. Mr. Sheriff owns one of the largest privately held mining databases in the world.

Mr. Legg has 15 years experience with public resource companies and also presently serves as a Director of Silver Predator Corp, Tigris Uranium and Redtail Metals Corp. From 1994 through 2006 Mr. Legg was a securities lawyer in private practice, advising companies in natural resources, securities and corporate finance law, and from 2007 to 2009 Mr. Legg was Executive Vice-President of a private mining company operating in Mexico. Mr. Legg holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and an LLB from Dalhousie Law School, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. |

Dr. Rayment has 40 years experience in exploration and mine development in the Americas, Europe and Asia. He is a Director of B2 Gold Corporation and was formerly President and COO of Bema Gold Corporation (merged with Kinross Gold Corporation) a public company listed on the TSX, AMEX and London Stock Exchange. Dr. Rayment received his PhD in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines, London, UK and was instrumental in the discovery of the Mesquite Gold Deposit, California for Goldfields Mining Corporation and the Refugio Gold and Cerro Casale Gold/Copper deposits in the Maricunga District of Northern Chile for Bema Gold Corporation. |

Mr. Harris has more than 35 years of experience in financial and executive management with public companies. A partner of Solo Management Group, LLC, he was previously President and CEO of Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, a $5 billion [sales] company. He is a former director of Energy Metals and Potash One, and is currently a Director of Tigris Uranium, Silver Predator, EMC Metals and Gold One International.

Director
Mr. McDonald has dedicated two decades to the political landscape of the Yukon. As Premier (1996 to 2000), his many accomplishments include negotiating the Final Agreement on the devolution of lands and resource management to the Yukon from the federal government, the advancement of Land Claims negotiations and First Nation relations, and progressive tax reform. Mr. McDonald founded and serves as Chairman of the Northern Vision Development Corporation, a leading land developer in the Yukon and serves as Chair of the Board of the Yukon Energy Corporation. He also sits on the boards of Northwestel and Silver Predator Corp.

Mr. Skimming is a professional geologist with over 40 years experience in the mineral resources industry and has served as an officer and/or director of a number of resource companies having broad experience worldwide. Mr. Skimming has held key roles in the discovery and development of many deposits including Cullaton Lake, Shear Lake and Heninga Lake gold and base metal mines, Teck-Corona Hemlo mine, and the Golden Reward, heap-leach, gold deposit in South Dakota.
Mr. Skimming obtained a B.Sc. degree from the University of Michigan. Mr. Skimming has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario since 1971. |

A mining and investment entrepreneur, Mr. Shilleto formed and led his own mine contract company in a joint venture capacity and was subsequently involved in the resource investment industry. Since 1976, Blair has managed projects for notable clients including Cameco Corporation, Canamax Resources, Cordilleran Engineering, Geddes Resources, Minnova Inc, Peter Kiewit & Sons, Westmin Resources, Whitewater Engineering and United Keno Hill Mines. Mr. Shilleto is currently a consultant to the mining industry and an advisor to the resource investment sector for European based resource asset managers. Mr. Shilleto currently serves as the Chairman of Redtail Metals and is a Director of Silver Predator. He was raised in Mayo, Yukon and is a member of the Na-cho Nyak Dun First Nation.
