Pan Project, Eureka County, Nevada

Gold Standard Royalty Company (GSR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Predator Corp., owns the Pan Project which is comprised of 311 unpatented lode mining claims. The Pan Project is subject to an existing Mining Lease with Midway Gold Corp which contains, among other things, advance and production royalty payments to GSR.

The Pan project is a sediment-hosted gold deposit on the prolific Battle Mountain-Eureka gold trend, located approximately 20 miles east of Eureka, Nevada.

An updated technical report dated December 19, 2011 with revised mineral resources reported in accordance with NI43-101 categories was released by Midway Gold Corp, and posted to SEDAR under Midway Gold (www.sedar.com) on December 20, 2011.
